By accessing or using RenderCurve ("the Service") at www.rendercurve.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Pranav Pravin Mandlik ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator.
RenderCurve is an AI-powered content strategy platform for digital content creators. The Service provides tools including but not limited to: script generation, hook generation, title optimisation, strategy blueprints, growth tracking, and algorithm intelligence. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with multiple pricing tiers.
Independence disclaimer. RenderCurve is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely to identify the third-party APIs we integrate with on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@rendercurve.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
5.1 The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing details are available at www.rendercurve.com/pricing.
5.2 Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
5.3 Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
5.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
5.5 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior written notice to your registered email address.
5.6 A 7-day refund window applies to first-time subscribers only. Refund requests must be submitted to support@rendercurve.com within 7 days of the initial charge.
6.1 You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including scripts, strategies, hooks, and titles generated with your inputs. We claim no ownership over your generated content.
6.2 RenderCurve, its name, logo, design, technology, and underlying algorithms are the intellectual property of the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.3 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or business content creation purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service or its technology.
You agree not to use the Service to:
8.1 The Service allows you to optionally connect your YouTube and Instagram accounts via OAuth to enable personalised analytics and strategy recommendations.
8.2 By connecting a platform account, you grant RenderCurve read-only access to your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never post, modify, delete, or take any action on your connected accounts.
8.3 You may disconnect any connected account at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately.
8.4 Your use of connected platform features is also subject to the terms of the respective platforms (YouTube Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms).
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content recommendations, strategies, scripts, and other outputs. All AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and creative aid. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will perform as expected on any platform, achieve any specific growth metrics, or be free from errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated through the Service. All AI-generated outputs are labelled accordingly within the platform.
RenderCurve provides strategy recommendations and content tools based on current platform data and AI analysis. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes including but not limited to: subscriber growth, view counts, revenue, brand deal opportunities, or algorithmic performance. Content creation involves many variables outside our control. Growth projections shown within the platform are estimates based on publicly available data and are not guarantees of income or performance.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy available at https://www.rendercurve.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your generated content within 30 days of termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India. For users located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law may also apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
