Data Deletion Status

Compliance Protocol: Meta & Google API Access

To comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), RenderCurve provides two primary ways to request the deletion of your personal data and account information.

Option 1: Automated Removal

If you connected via Facebook or Google, you can request data deletion directly through their platforms:

Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Apps and Websites.
Find **RenderCurve** and click "Remove".
Click "View Request" to receive your unique status code.

Option 2: Direct Request

You may also request total account erasure by contacting us directly:

Email our privacy team at privacy@rendercurve.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your account email address.

Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. All personal data, analysis history, and calibration presets will be permanently purged.
